LAST POST: It's finally over...

after much heartache, arguing, peristence and agida...were done with Chrysler. Alot happened in the last two weeks, including me being hung up on by Jonathan at Corporate, but I wont even go into because I'm so done with this. After 3 hours spent in Newburgh Park Motors two weeks ago, and another ECM down - the GM, Jamie Birkenstock helped us out. Finally, someone listened and did some good by us. The following week our car was ready to be picked up, we paid our bill, and went straight to other car dealerships...the next day, we traded it in and are now done with Chrysler and couldnt be happier!!!! I hope this blog saves at least one reader the pain and heartache that we endured throughout this process...thanks to everyone who showed us their love and support...it has been an eye opener and truly amazing for us to see...

  1. I am having the same problem. I am working on a class action lawsuit and need everyone to join in. I have a 2010 Jeep and they have no parts to fix it. I am getting the same stories as above.
